What really matters is that you can feel that you are WHERE YOU SHOULD BE to get the future you want. We are looking for an Identity, Access, and Governance Manager to join our Cyber Security area. Previous knowledge in consulting environments and implementation of IAM solutions is required, as well as practical experience in the design, implementation, and optimization of IAM solutions in a multi-disciplined team and international environment. In this role you will Lead and participate in some of our clients’ project, demonstrating expertise in the analysis, design, and implementation of IAM architectures that align to the needs of the business needs, while developing deep working relationships with Clients, Senior Executives and Managers. What will you do in the project? Demonstrate experience in the effective delivery of the complete lifecycle of workforce-oriented Identity and Access Management (IAM) services including strategy, organizational design, process re-engineering and technology implementation. Facilitate information gathering, requirements analysis and design activities that support actionable IAM roadmaps and strategies for our clients as well as functional requirements for IAM solution implementation. Functional areas and work experience should include fine-grained access control, policy driven security, Identity Governance, Access Management, and Privileged access management, user provisioning/de-provisioning, and federation. Facilitate technical exchange meetings to identify, collect and establish coordinate requirements with key stakeholders and lead functional staff through the IAM engagement lifecycle for strategy, design, and implementation engagements. Provide support with respect to requirements gathering, project management and delivery of one or more Identity and Access Management platforms, such as SailPoint (Identity IQ), Okta, CyberArk, Saviynt… Knowledge in best-practices, configuration and hardening of IAM services, including the definition and implementation of Role Based Access Controls (RBAC), and analytical role mining and entitlement analysis. Experience working in Hybrid Environments (multi-cloud, multi-domain, Private/Public) highly regulated workloads. To provide executives and their teams with the necessary strategies and tools to position their organizations for high performance. To feel comfortable in the position, you need to be able to get along well with: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university or four additional Application Security experience Minimum 5+ years of experience providing systems architecture expertise with specific security, migration, and implementation knowledge. High level of English. We also work with international teams and clients. Ability to tackle of large range of security topics from hardware, networks, systems, applications to data, and new digital capabilities. Experience leading teams of IAM functional experts either in a requirement gathering setting or in assisting clients with development of an IAM strategy/roadmap. Ability to interface and influence senior technical leaders across the business, to drive change and continuous improvement. Progressive experience managing multiple projects concurrently with excellent organizational, analytical, and critical thinking skills. Excellent interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to gain the confidence and respect of various levels. Technical knowledge and experience in Security areas such as Information and Event Management (SIEM), Logging, Firewalls, Next-Generation Firewalls (NFGW), Web Application Firewalls (WAF), Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR), Intrusion Prevention Systems (IPS), Intrusion Detection Systems (IDS), Wireless Intrusion Prevention Systems, Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC), and Cyber Threat Intelligence We will evaluate all applications.
