Description The focus of your role You will be part of the team to provide help and business expertise to our Clients, the European Union entities in Spain and in other countries in Europe . What you’ll do Role Competencies: · Produce project documentation (i.e. quality plan, monthly reports). · Participate in functional working groups and progress meetings. · Provide ad hoc analysis and reports for senior management. · Support risk and issue management. · Provide administrative support to the project if required. What you’ll bring Skills/Experience Required: · Good knowledge of project management standards and methodologies. · Knowledge of project management tools and capacity to use the project management tool as specified by our client. · Knowledge of Intellectual Property is required · Good reporting methods. · Good communication skills and ability to deliver presentations. · Ability to apply high quality standards to all tasks. · Capability to work in an international multi-cultural environment, rapid self-starting capability and experience in team work, understanding the needs, objectives and constraints of other disciplines and functions. · Ability to speak, write and read fluently in English (B2). Education · Secondary school degree. · Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in project management support after the secondary school.
