CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE AGENT in Alicante – Norwegian, Danish, Dutch OR French with English Hello! If you are a fan of the motor world, you will have already heard about us. Do you know how to understand customer needs and set priorities in management? Do you know how to identify and solve their needs while transmitting a brand image? Become one of our Customer Service Agents. The duties you will perform on a day-to-day basis are as follows: You will answer calls and respond to emails to customers and dealers. You will follow up with the customer until the final solution to their query. You will issue reminder calls and follow up on incidents, achieving maximum satisfaction. You will carry out database updates, report writing and reporting. We are looking for you if: You have excellent command of English and you also have strong language skills bilingual and/or native in Norwegian or Danish or Dutch or French. You have previously worked in customer service positions, call centers, customer service... You are able to travel to our offices to attend the training period. You have availability to work weekends and rotating schedules. You have knowledge of document management and operate dedicated document management platforms. You are a person with excellent oral and written communication skills. #LI-MU1 Spain-Alicante What do we offer?
