Role Title: Billing Analyst Colt Band: PT1 Department: DCS Billing – Customer Experience Reporting to: Team Leader, Hyperscale Admin & Governance Role Location: Role Purpose: The Billing Resolution Team is the first point of contact for our customers in relation to Billing queries. While providing the highest level of customer service, the Billing Analyst answers all Billing queries and provides first line support and communication to DCS customers. The Billing Analyst is responsible for ensuring a systematic, disciplined and process driven approach to managing customer issues and requests whilst ensuring agreed procedures and standards are met. Key Accountabilities: Responsible for dealing with all the issues generated at the end of the Lead to Bill cycle until resolution and communications (via email and phone) with customers. Responsible for managing all admin change requests (Novations, Transfer of Service, Legal address change etc) Responsible for raising Financial Adjustments orders (Credit Notes) and cease and replacing orders in our CRM system when linked to a Billing Ticket.
