Capgemini Group IT is transforming the operations and architecture around Identity and Access Management based on our Trustification Architecture based on Zero Trust principles After running a program for the last 3 years together with Group Cybersecurity we are now professionalizing the operations of this Zero Trust environment To achieve that we brought together the towers that support this initiative operationally in one team The Zero Trust team integrates three main towers Identity Governance Administration using RSA Access Management based on Ping Identity Contextual Access based on Zscaler The Zero Trust tower aims to improve our operations by following agile principles and we need an Operational Excellence Lead in the Zero Trust team Job description Reports to Global Operations Head Zero Trust Role overview the Operational Excellence Lead Zero Trust will oversee the improvement and innovation of the operational teams processes and technology including the transition to agile methods The function s aim is to enhance and simplify the services we provide based on advanced technology and principles in the Zero Trust tower Key responsibilities Product Owner for Zero Trust tower working together with the Service owners Implementing DTAP environments for all towers in conjunction Coaching and training the teams on working based on agile principles Optimizing operations towards the highest availability and security standards Service improvement in general Required personal characteristics and competencies At least 20 years of work experience in Identity Access management Experience in large scale IAM IGA SSO and Federated enterprise implementation Experience with IAM protocols such as LDAP SAML OAuth OIDC Kerberos and SCIM Experience with IAM concepts such as federation single sign on SSO Role Based Access Control RBAC Attribute Based Access Control ABAC Zero Trust and Passwordless Experience working with Cloud environments Infrastructure as a Service IaaS Platform as a Service PaaS and Software as a Service SaaS Bachelor of Science in a related field e g Computer Science Information Security or Information Systems or equivalent work related level of experience Ability to perform well and communicate effectively in a remote environment Excellent oral and written communication skills Business English Excellent analytical critical thinking skills A self starter that can work independently and collaboratively Desired Skills and Qualifications Lean Agile principles SAFe concepts and methodology Azure DevOps platform or comparable agile toolkits Familiarity with PingIdentity suite PingDirectory PingFederate PingAcces PingOne technologies PingID and PingOne Protect formerly PingOne Risk Management Understanding of Scripting shell PowerShell Perl OGNL regular expressions Understanding of programming eg Python Java JavaScript Node Experience with ITIL processes Project and project management skills
