As a Category Manager, your responsibilities will be to lead a given portfolio of products. This includes handling the performance of the assigned portfolio across the site experience, the customer experience, and ultimately the performance across all the lines of the P&L. For this specific role the portfolio assigned corresponds to the Outfitting Signage Category (e.g., Rigid Signs, Posters, Decals, Pavement Signs). Some of the most immediate projects to be run are: Rigid Game Plan implementation and optimization. How can we unlock 100% YoY growth? How the launch of Custom Size and Custom Shape give to this vision? FY25 Budget delivery. How can we deliver on the budget? What risks and stretched targets will we have to face? FY25 NPI delivery. 3PF and Venlo discussion and roadmap close up. Cross Sell Optimization What you’ll do all-day: Manage the Outfitting Signage Category assortment that both meets the longer-term strategy and fulfills the needs of our target customer key use cases Work closely with Fulfillment, Manufacturing and Quality to define of the Category Roadmap to implement quality, product and portfolio improvements for all European markets Collaborate with cross-functional (e.g, Design, Copy, 3D, Photography) teams and supply to the design, development, launch, and optimization of our products Understand and demonstrate critical metric to monitor the health and improve the performance of Vistaprint products Assess and model the viability and economics of new products, services and marketing ideas Handle the product forecasting (P&L and S&OP), sizing of new opportunities and be responsible for the levers that drive profit and cash flow Help define our product strategy and positioning by using consumer insights, competitive intelligence, and analytics to drive assortment, quality and experience improvements. Lead and continuously improve product flows (commerce optimization) in the self-service framework while partnering with the digital product managers for initiatives associated with their domain. Nice to Have: A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience from an accredited college/university and a minimum of two years of relevant working experience in a relevant industry Experience with Agile methodology Key Responsibilities Portfolio Strategy and execution: Help define our Signage strategy and positioning by using customer insights, competitive intelligence, and analytics. Drive assortment evolution & expand assortment where needed. This includes collaboration with Venlo, 3PF and other Business Units.. Drive quality and experience improvements where needed using existing LF squads. Commerce Optimization: Handle and continuously improve product flows in the self-service framework while partnering with the digital product managers for initiatives associated with their domain. The collaboration and alignment with digital product managers needs to be further structured and fostered. Define key requirements and needs from the Category team, advocating and prioritizing with key tech stakeholders across the tech organization (Digital Product teams, UX, Tech, etc) with a cross-category / cross-domain understanding and approach Learning and Experimentation: Own category experimentation roadmap to help improve Customer site Made-It-Rates and cross-category learnings. Experiment ambassador to partner with SMM in key projects and initiatives. Organizational Structure: “Reports To” This role will report to the Large Format Category Director in the EU.
