Location: in our offices in Madrid, on a hybrid working schedule. The candidate will work actively in the Neuromodulation department with focus in marketing activities (product management, events management, trainings, etc.) and will support digital marketing, social media and multichannel activities. In this role, you will be responsible to: Support the Senior Product Manager in the execution of franchise strategy and annual operating plan and Marketing activities (product management, events, training activities, etc) as well as Digital Marketing and Social Media activities. Support the management of the Neuromodulation portfolio: Spinal Cord Stimulator (SCS) & Radiofrequency (RF) and Deep Brain Stimulation (DBS), helping the Senior Product Manager and manage key products within the Iberia market – i.e. supply chain and allocation hold process. Collaborate with the Senior Product Managers in the development of downstream sales tools to support sales execution; Support the organization and actively participate in local sales meetings and in main customer events. Support the execution of training for local sales force; Facilitate Physician to Physician training and selling. Work with NSM, RSM, AM and FCS Iberia team for execution of congresses and BSC customer meetings, as well as support the localization of EMEA Marketing campaigns. Develop an understanding of the key activities necessary to be successful as a marketer, managing upstream and downstream activities. Gain exposure to KPI and metric generation to build compelling internal proposals and gain alignment in a highly active and fast-moving organization. What are we looking for in you: Recent Graduate with a Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Sciences, or Business Administration. Fluency in English, Spanish and any additional language is an advantage. Strong presentation, writing and organizational skills. Advanced level in the use of computer tools: Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word. Collaborative, adaptable and fast learner: able to absorb new tools and approaches and able to work in a team environment. Flexibility and autonomy in working. Business Acumen: demonstrate understanding of fundamental principles and drivers of business performance with Good analytical skills and usage of analytical tools.
