Capgemini is currently looking for an experienced Identity and Access Management (IAM) Architect to join our cybersecurity team. In this role, you will support and participate in some of our clients' projects, demonstrating expertise in multiple security domains, including security architecture, IAM, system design, security assessments, and more. In addition, you will support and facilitate the operations of our clients' security systems, providing support and training on best practices to their internal teams and technology partners. Activities and Tasks expected: Work with Clients’ Infosec teams and development teams to achieve alignment between information security and business objectives. Create, maintain and communicate the security reference architecture framework of global applicability across all businesses and geographies in our clients. Create, evaluate and determine the resilience and suitability of technical designs to reduce relevant cyber threats. Main focus area will be Identity and Access Management (IAM), but it is expected that the candidate can work on other domains as well (cross-cutting role). This will give the candidate the opportunity to explore, learn and grow in multiple disciplines within cybersecurity. Product owner of IAM tools, including identity governance and management, and privileged access management (PAM). Create a plan for feature release, and maintain the backlog for the tools, prioritizing the features in each iteration. Define and maintain the strategic roadmap for the tools, being able to identify new features that bring value, and influence vendors to adopt new requests as part of their product roadmap/backlog. Make sure the capabilities and the tools are well documented in terms of architecture and engineering artefacts. Be the point of contact with vendors for product and feature roadmapping. Risk assessment; identity risks and help stakeholders to understand the implications towards making an informed decision. Knowledge and Experience: More than 5 years of experience in cybersecurity. At least 3 years of experience as security architect. Experience as architect / engineer with Sailpoint and Cyberark products. Secure System Design – demonstrable experience designing and reviewing system architectures regarding digital identities for customers and employees, including authentication and authorization security models and protocols. Design and development of generic security guidelines, ensuring that solutions remain compliant. Experience with UML, C4-model or any other convention or tool to document architecture designs. Integrity and the ability to handle confidential matters. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Fluent in English, both written and verbal. Spanish language is a plus. Experience designing Threat Models. Knowledge of MITRE ATT&CK. Experience with any major Public Cloud provider and hybrid environments (Cloud + On-prem). An advanced security certification – SABSA or CISSP (CCSP and TOGAF Certifications would also be advantageous). We will evaluate all applications.
