About the role: The HR generalist performs all HR-related duties of the team member life cycle within ZimVie France in close cooperation with the local Management team and the European and Global HR team. He/she supports the development of the French team to make ZimVie France an attractive place to work. What you’ll be doing: Cover all areas of HR for the French ZimVie team with around 60- employees from hire to retire Recruit new team members in France according to the country's needs and budget plan to always ensure fully staffed teams and develop the local recruitment strategy Onboard new team members and ensure good integration Take care of the annual training and development plan in cooperation with the local leadership team Support all HR-related global programs, like the annual Performance and Merit review process Cooperate with the external payroll provider and ensures correct and timely monthly payroll Execute disciplinary measures in cooperation with the managers and external lawyers Cooperation with the local works council Supervise the Health & Safety requirements for the entity Administer the company cars Responsible for all necessary documentation to maintain up-to-date and accurate team member files (contracts, etc.) Participate in EMEA and Global HR projects What you’ll need: BA or master’s degree in HR or similar (e.g. Business, Law, Psychology) or long-term professional experience in HR Min. 3 years of professional experience in an HR function of an international company Good self-organization, sense of confidentiality, and professional communication skills Experience in dealing with French works councils Very good knowledge of French labor law and payroll IT knowledge in MS Office and HR-related IT programs Fluent language skills in French and English are mandatory What we offer: Working in a diverse and collaborative global team embracing innovative curiosity, personal authenticity, accountability, and a growth mindset.
