HR Business partner This position offers a great opportunity to participate actively in the creation of new Barcelona Hub while contributing to the overall success of Coty. RESPONSIBILITIES As our HR Business Partner, you will work closely with our HR Lead in Barcelona Hub and Business Leaders to be full accountable of HR activities related with the project and departments of responsibility. You will get exposure to a dynamic and supportive work environment. Your main focus : Partnering with the business leaders and employees of the areas of responsibility. Coordinating Talent development and participate in talent reviews. Leads annual process for priorities setting and performance and talent assessments. Coordinating the recruiting process with the external partner. Managing the training needs. C&B: Ensuring internal equity and external competitiveness. Manages the annual salary review process. Managing ongoing employee relations matters. Liaising with the HR operations team and managers to ensure a smooth HR admin flow. As a/an experienced HR Business Partner, you are committed to results and proactively driving the business and you get energy from working in a fast-paced, diverse and international environment. Other than that, you: A university degree in some related areas (Business, Psychology, Law, etc.) 7 years of experience in HR, 2 of them as HRBP Fluency in English (this is our working language). Experience in recruiting, compensation and benefits, labour law, people development, organization performance knowledge. Flexibility. Enjoys working in rapidly changing environments and lack of stability. Strong communication skills and teamwork.
