Could you be the full-time ERTMS Technical Leader in Madrid we’re looking for? Your future role Take on a new challenge and apply your ERTMS expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside young and proactive teammates. You'll prepare application project data. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (project management, engineering), you’ll be responsible of technical management (configuration, change control and requirements) and much more. You’ll specifically take care of analysing and understanding the system functionality of ERTMS Levels 1&2 for assigned projects, with special attention to the particular features of each application. He/she shall develop the functional design, preparing the data of the systems to be configured, helping with the development of the ERTMS application software , but also being accountable for keeping of solution or specific engineering processes. We’ll look to you for: Solve technical issues concerning application project ERTMS Levels 1&2. Control the collection of technical data (Data Book) and keep it up to date. Participate in the Gate Reviews (give status on system activities). Support application projects in ATC TRK current and future projects. All about you We value passion and attitude over experience. Instead, we’ve listed some that we think will help you succeed and grow in this role: Engineer (BEng, MEng) preferably in electronics engineering. Minimum 2 years with internal experience in ERTMS Levels 1&2 data preparation or similar. Technical knowledge: Signalling, ERTMS levels 1 and/or 2, software specification, system design, data preparation. English: fluent, written and spoken. French is an advantage. Windows environment (Word, Excel, Project). Rigorous, team worker, process oriented, results oriented, proactive. Must be able to work closely with the project team and provide appropriate technical solutions and support. Must have strong motivational skills, and must be able to establish positive relationship with other Alstom departments to ensure maximum success for the company.
