We’re seeking an Assistant Activation Brand Manager to join our team in Madrid. As an Assistant Activation Brand Manager, you’ll work collaboratively with central headquarter team in Dublin to ensure that we get the best plans for our consumers, shoppers, and customers, in Iberia. You’ll contribute to strategy and plan development, execute shopper strategies and activations, and ensure initiatives are on-brand, on-time, and on-budget. A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing Brand Plan Execution - Ensure excellence in executing the yearly brand plan for cereal products and focus on omni-channel shopper marketing plans and regularly review their effectiveness. Agency Collaboration - Work closely with local agencies to create strong brand activation plans. POS Asset Management - Ensure availability of required point-of-sale (POS) assets for in-store execution. Market Share Accountability - Evaluate performance of initiatives directly under your responsibility and be accountable for market share growth. Sales Collaboration - Collaborate with Sales teams and customers to maximize brand support and new product development success. We’re Looking for Someone With A university degree in marketing or related field Previous experience in brand activation/brand management roles in Spain, with a passion about brands and bringing them to life in stores. Business understanding and financial acumen with a focus on results and an analytical approach, coupled with a good command of Excel, Nielsen/Circana/Kantar. A strategic mindset, showing a focus on collaboration and the ability to identify future opportunities, make choices and work with broader teams to influence plans. Proficiency to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish.
