We are looking for a Field Support professional to join one of our most ambitious projects in the infrastructure area: and international project with our big cliente Airbus. Scope: Provide comprehensive IT support for conferencing, broadcasting, asset management, and incident management, ensuring all systems are operational and customer needs are met. Activities: Follow up on room reviews on a quarterly basis. Asset management and stock management. Update IT Service Management (ITSM) system (ServiceNow - SNOW). Tasks: Support for Conferencing and Broadcasting (Airbus Live): Ensure all connections are up and running, resolve audio/video/sharing issues driven by the Offshore team (India). Request Management: Manage installation, assessment, shipping follow-up, third-party coordination, removal, and relocation of VisioConf systems (screen, CODEC, speaker, mic, server). Incident Management: Address issues in meeting/visio conference rooms such as Cisco, Logitech, Panacast, screen, IP Phone (disconnect/reconnect, reboot, or factory reset) driven by the Offshore team (India). Datacenter Support. IP Phones (in case of Major Incident). Support for Airbus Events (Airbus Live and non-Airbus Live support). Conferencing room management. Meeting room management. Skills Required: English: Proficient in spoken and written English. Rigorous: Attention to detail and thoroughness in task execution. Good Communication: Effective communication skills, both written and verbal. Customer Oriented: Strong focus on customer satisfaction and service delivery.
