We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual to join our team as a New Business Sales Manager. This position is ideally based in Barcelona, although remote candidates within Spain will also be considered. Role overview: As a New Business Sales Manager at Smadex, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and expanding our market presence. You will leverage your expertise in Sales, Programmatic digital advertising, and market insights to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, forging strategic partnerships with clients to achieve mutual success. This role is only for people with experience in Digital advertising and Brand Awareness campaigns. Responsibilities: - Prospecting and Lead Generation - Sales Presentations and Negotiation - Client Relationship Management - Market Research and Analysis - Collaboration and Communication Skills and Qualifications : 2+ years of experience in sales and digital advertising. Experience with Brand Awareness campaigns . A network of industry connections at agencies and direct brands . Fluent in English. Experiences considered a plus: Experience in Programmatic advertising Experience with Direct Response Campaigns Experience with CTV Experience using Salesforce (or other CRMs ) Fluent in Spanish, German, French or Arabic .
