Jonhson & Johnson Innovative Medicine, the number 1 Company in the Spanish Pharmaceutical Sector, is currently looking for a Temporary professional to join the Business Support Services Team in Madrid. We are a team of professional analysts with a special focus on business partnering, support for Commercial Business Units, and technical capabilities. We aim to incorporate highly talented professionals with an unlimited desire to contribute, learn, and be good team players, willing to face any challenge and achieve excellent results. We are looking for individuals who can prioritize, find opportunities, and proactively foster their own development. The Temporary Business Support Services employee will be responsible for the following processes and activities, among others: * Coordinating with our materials warehouse to ensure the timely delivery of requested materials. Proactively addressing any issues or incidents related to material deliveries. Suggesting process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy. * Procurement and Vendor Data Management. Assisting in the management of procurement processes, including purchase orders. * Support the team in the Payment Process. We are looking for a candidate with the following profile/qualifications: * University Degree, preferably in Economics, ADE, Business Administration, or similar. * High level of English. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Team player and collaborative working style. * Motivated, flexible, and proactive, eager to take initiative. * Strong communication skills and ability to build excellent relations with stakeholders. * Proficient in Excel for data analysis. * Ability to drive change and work under tight deadlines. Note: This is a temporary position with a duration until the 31st of December.
