Job Requisition #: 027872 Customer Services Representative (Open) Job Description: Key Responsibilities * Manage the demands of the commercial department in order to define the order of production according to the delivery schedules that have been defined. * Performs other duties as assigned, such as collaborating with production planning and logistics teams regarding order changes and reports to the Commercial Director any relevant customer information. * Contact’s customers to respond to advanced inquiries or to notify them of claim investigation results or any planned adjustments. * Interacts with customers via telephone, email, online chat, or in person to provide top level support and advance information on products or services. * Maintains customer accounts and records of customer interactions with details of inquiries, complaints, or comments. * Communicates pricing, shipping dates and appropriate order information to customer to ensure order fulfillment and satisfaction. * Document the sales process from order reception to invoicing (ERP). Keep a file of such documentation. * Collects and enters orders for new or additional products or services and for new products is responsible for sourcing and coordinating the availability of the necessary paints and inks. * Supports inside and outside sales. * Updates and maintains files, including data entry. * Define the manufacturing sequence in order to minimize the times due to series changes. * Participates in planning meetings providing all the necessary information to prioritize production (stock of finished products, stock of raw materials, stock in process). Education and Experience * Professional diploma (Business Administration) and 4-5 years of experience in Customer Service Administrative position. Languages * Proficient in Spanish * High level in English writing and speaking * Catalan speaker. Knowledge and Skills * Demonstrated skills in verbal and written communications. * Proficient computer skills Microsoft (Excel, etc) /ERP. * Good organization . * Problem solving and analytical.
