Your Job Guardian Industries is hiring a Maintenance Manager based in our Llodio facility (Spain). What You Will Do * Lead the maintenance team composed by 30 people (workers and employees) that support our manufacturing plant. * Implement safety as the top priority in our daily lives. * Build a high-performance team through our values. * Aligned with the global capability strategy: define the plant's preventive and corrective control strategy. * Ensure stable operation of our machines and facilities. * Identify opportunities for improvement and optimization and manage projects to implement solutions. * Lead troubleshooting and problem-solving events. Who You Are (Basic Qualifications) * Bachelor's degree in Engineering. Mechanical, Electronic or Industrial preferable. * Strong experience in team management in an industrial environment. * Experience with statistical data analysis and interpretation. * Fluent in English and Spanish * Strong problem-solving skills and proactivity * Solid communication, self-driven What Will Put You Ahead * Knowledge/experience in Safety in a manufacturing plant.
