Manager, Implementations (Hybrid)

Position Overview We are looking for an experienced Manager that will lead our Global Team of Implementation Consultants from the front lines by utilizing their previous implementation experience to support and develop the team to success by hitting efficiency targets through a top-notch customer experience. This role will provide leadership guidance to the team and manage multiple implementation projects at the same time, providing ongoing analysis of implementation projects lessons learned, and post-implementation audits. As a strong cross-functional partner, this Manager will effectively collaborate with various business partners and stakeholders to ensure seamless alignment throughout the customer journey from the Onboarding perspective. As Baxter Planning continues to grow, this Manager will also implement best practices and champion new ideas and processes that will be pivotal to the company’s objectives and overall success. Responsibilities Manage the Global Implementation Team Lead the day-to-day operations of the implementation team ensuring process alignment, appropriate resource allocation and team training needs with attention to quality standards, priorities, and overall goals. Follow up with assigned resources formally (e.g., status meetings, etc.) and manage the team's productivity, project timelines, and deliverables. Acts as an internal point of escalation for team and project issues. Monitor development related to Implementation Consultants job skills and personal behavior; identify team members' areas of strength and developmental needs; recommend training opportunities for others; assist in providing developmental suggestions to employees that align with their goals. Creation or consolidation of project team weekly project status reports, Executive &/or client Presentations. Deliver implementation services for complex projects Manage implementation phases for complex projects within multiple geographies. Lead the end-to-end implementation process for new clients, including requirements gathering, configuration, testing, training, and go-live support. Responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of the end solution and all customer business requirements have been successfully achieved. Balance multiple projects and deployment schedules to meet stakeholder goals and expectations. Provide internal weekly status reports to project stakeholders regarding project accomplishments, plans for the upcoming week, and issues requiring management and stakeholder attention to ensure all parties are well informed. Process Improvement Provide leadership and out of the box thinking to refine current processes to improve service delivery to customers at scale. Identify opportunities to streamline processes, introduce automation and minimize manual configuration. Partner with Sales, Customer Success and PMO to communicate ROI throughout the customer lifecycle. Create and maintain project documentation to support further development and training of the team. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree with an emphasis in Business, Operations, Supply Chain Management, Management Information Systems, Computer Science or Project Management preferred. 3 + years of experience in a leadership role 3 years of experience in implementation and/or consulting services. Experienced in leading matrix project/program cross-functional teams in communications processes to drive a proactive accountable service to assigned customer. Requires minimal supervision from a more senior manager; accepts considerable responsibility for project success; effective ability to assist others in the completion of assignments through knowledge sharing. Strength in communication at all levels of the corporate hierarchy. Ability to work in a highly demanding, high intensity environment. Detail oriented, committed to deadlines and have solid verbal and written communication skills. Understand or capable of understanding database and application configuration concepts. Ability to travel up to 25% on an annual basis, both domestically and internationally. Preferred Qualifications Proven track record of ability to execute customer program portfolio of projects and services (scalable high-performance enterprise software).
