WHAT YOU'LL BE WORKING ON Work closely with sales leadership to streamline and optimize the sales process, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness at every stage of the customer journey; Evaluate and implement sales enablement technologies and tools to enhance productivity, communication, and performance tracking; Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and regularly analyze data to measure the effectiveness of sales enablement initiatives. Use insights to refine strategies and improve outcomes; Foster strong relationships with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and collaboration on initiatives that impact sales effectiveness; Develop and maintain clear and consistent communication channels between sales and other departments, ensuring that the team is well-informed and equipped to meet objectives; Design and deliver sales training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the sales team. This includes onboarding new hires and providing ongoing training for existing team members; WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus. Extensive experience working in the fintech industry; Proven experience in sales enablement, training, or a related role. Strong understanding of sales processes and methodologies. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to work collaboratively across teams and influence without direct authority. Familiarity with sales enablement technologies and tools.
